Make Chinese Rice

For make Chinese rice you need, some 2 ½ cups steamed rice, an onion, a green chili, 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, some ¼ cup finely chopped carrots, ½ cup finely chopped cabbage, some 2 stalks spring onion finely chopped, some ¼ cup finely chopped French beans, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, some 2 tablespoons cooking oil, some salt, ¼ chicken cutting in square, and finally some chinese roots. 


Well, and now the preparation. First, cut onion into thin slices and finely chop Green chili. After Thah, heat oil a work or frying pan over medium heat and fried sliced onion, green chili, chopped ginger and chopped garlic, fried them for a minute. Next, add carrot, cabbage, spring onion and French beans and stir fry them for 2 or 3 minutes, make sure that vegetables are nor over cooked, they should be slightly crispy but not soft. Then, add and mix black pepper powder soy sauce and salt. Next, fried the chicken and Chinese roots, add to the mix. After That, add previously prepared steamed rice and mix gently, do stir too much otherwise rice grains may break, cook for 2 or 3 minutes over medium heat. Finally, turn off heat and transfer Chinese fried rice to serving bowl, serve hot with Manchurian gravy.
